Just on a side note you can change any skill you wish by opening that notepad file (skillnametable) and replacing the name of the skill.
For example:
MO_BODYRELOCATION#Snap#
Change the words between the # # to change the name like...
MO_BODYRELOCATION#HI_I'M_A_PUSSY#
No real practical use like the ecall but you can have some fun with this.
